test.equal() Function

 Note: This function can only be used in a Trusted Macro

Compares an actual value with an expected value and prints the output to chat.

Usage

test.equal(expected, actual, label)

Parameters

  • expected - The value to compare against.
  • actual - The value to compare.
  • label - An identifying string included in the output.

Example

[r: test.equal(1, myUDF(1,2), "Test #1 ")]

output: Test #1 Succeeded

output: Test #1 Failed, expected 1 got 0
