Hello, I'm maptool user in Japan. I use these tools only in off-line session. And, I re-distribute Home brewed MapTool for Japanese in my webs.
英語の勉強がてら、基本操作の記事を中心に翻訳してます。MapTool はオンラインセッションではなくオフのセッションでマップ表示に使用しています。
また、下記で勝手に日本語化した MapTool を配布しています。
