Most of the Shortcut Keys in Maptool can be found in the menu, some however not. The latter are marked in italic. Here is a comprehensive list of all of them:
Light
- ctrl+K toggle: show light sources
- ctrl+i clear fog of selected token(s)
- ctrl+P clear fog of selected token(s) along last moved path
- ctrl+shift+O restore hard FOW and clear FOW for all PC tokens or your own PC tokens if use individual views is enabled in Server Options
- ctrl+W toggle fog of war
Map
- Spacebar show a pointer (arrow) on the map
- ctrl+Spacebar show a pointer (talk-balloon)
- shift+Spacebar show a pointer (think-balloon)
- Spacebar while moving adds a waypoint (as does middle mouse button)
- ctrl+H toggle map (in)visible to player
- ctrl+T toggle token names
- ctrl+G toggle grid
- ctrl+shift+A grid settings
- ctrl+N new map
- ctrl+shift+P toggle player view (GM screen only)
- ctrl+shift+S screenshot
- ctrl+shift+D clear all drawings
